C5 IC7 and Rebel LS base wire

This project is designed to allow for a Haltech Rebel LS and IC7 to receive all input necessary from non-native, factory functionality sensors, and to allow the body harness to provided information to the cluster. It is not final yet. I will update with correct lengths.
