M22759/16 is a tin-coated copper tefzel wire. It was designed for use in aerospace environments but is popular in many other applications due to its quality and ease of marking.
Marking on this wire will yield a very good contrast and great readbility for white and all colors. This wire has an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) or Tefzel insulation. It has excellent thermal and chemical resistances. It has a max temperature of 150C and 600V voltage rating. |

M22759/32 is a tin-coated copper cross-linked tefzel wire.
Marking on some colors and gauges of this wire will yield good contrast, but not all will produce highly readable results. This wire has a cross-linked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) or Tefzel insulation. It has excellent thermal and chemical resistances. It has a max temperature of 150C and 600V voltage rating. |

M22759/34 is a tin-coated, dual insulated, cross-linked tefzel wire commonly used in aerospace applications.
We currently only carry this wire in white. This wire marks very well. The dual insulation gives this wire a very high durability. It has a max temperature of 150C and 600V voltage rating. |

TXL wire is our most affordable option. It is most commonly used in the automotive field.
Marking on most colors and gauges of this wire will yield good contrast, but not all will produce highly readable results. This wire has a thin wall crosslinked Poluethylene (XLPE) insulation. It has good thermal and chemical resistances. It has a max temperature of 125C and 50V voltage rating. |
